Treadmills

I bought a treadmills , I used it 2 hours a day ( Morning: 1 hour and Evening: 1 hour)
Treadmills is nothing but a machine which makes you walk ( do jogging) Do you feel like laughing and saying " I am not a kid , I can walk " even I thought so when I first started using it but then I realized the truth. Actually it makes you do jogging in a better way. let's think , when we do jogging we can't guarantee that we jog in the same speed through out the hour. as we get tired we start reducing the speed. When we jog in the morning we may get attracted by nature and parks. we may feel like resting etc. you may disagree with me if you are a pro. When we start wait loss plans ( jogging as a part of it) treadmills ensure us with a constant speed of jogging. I will recomend you to buy a treadmill or join a gym with treadmill facility. Let me give you some tips now.

start the treadmill and start jogging. Increase the speed slowly for the first 40 mins then decrease the speed slowly for the next half an hour. and stop it ( at the minimum speed)
If you join a gym the instructors will help you in doing it for first few days . it also shows you the amount of calories you lost.

Treadmill helped me a lot to reduce weight so try it yourself

some extra tips i followed


I noted down how many calories i lost each day , and checked the weight , I saw that my weight reduced , but without a proper diet , all my exercise would have gone waste because I would have gained double weight without a proper diet
