Funny Ways to Loose weight

Don't mistake me saying that I am teasing fat guys, No I am not. We may do hard exercises to reduce our weight but there are nice, funny ways to reduce weight, I tried these in my aunt's house, I took a walk with my aunt's dog, it was terrible for the first time but it reduced weight considerably. There are nice ways like this. Playing with your dog is nice and jolly. If it helps you to loose weight, then what's the problem? Just take a walk with your dog in the morning hours, in nice lawns or parks so that there is no heavy traffic around. Play with your kids, it may bring joy and get rid of weight. I run very fast so at least with a responsibility to catch the dog we will run at our best. This reduces calories in a natural way. you can also practice

The expert says that with these tips Any one can loose weight even though if they continue eating fresh and tasty food including snacks.He wants us to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. This is not a new weight loss plan but some tips to help your weight loss plan and this plan will not make you upset because you don't have to sacrifice your favorite food but to reduce the quantity of that food and find an alternative food with the same taste but better suiting to our weight loss plan.This plan is very flexible and easy so you can continue it as long as you would like to.

1. Keep a note of everything that you eat and drink. You don't have to calculate calories strictly. Just write down what it was that you had and the approximate quantity. You will find that being more aware of what you are eating helps you to plan healthy meals and snacks.This is done so that you can have a control our the quantity of fatty food and increase the quantity of low carb or other weight loss diet items.


2. Halve your intake of all pure or added fats. This means using half as much butter or spread on your bread, toast, muffins and potatoes; half the usual amount of mayonnaise or sauce on your salad; and half the oil in the frypan every time. you can also substitute soya products like soy cheese ( called as tofu) as an alternative to cheese. ( My doctor advised me to take soya products to reduce weight.Palm sugar as an alternative of sugar etc.

3. Limit treats containing sugar to three times per week. This includes chocolate, ice cream, desserts, cake, pastries, cookies, etc. ( use alternatives of sugar in your coffee or tea)

4. Include a lower fat source of protein at most meals: chicken, fish, beans, cottage cheese, or low fat yogurt. Have eggs, nuts and red meat occasionally but not every day.

5. Plan at least one lunch and dinner every week without meat or cheese. Build those meals around whole grains, vegetables and beans to increase fiber and reduce fat.

6. Reduce the fat content in your milk products. If you are currently drinking whole milk, reduce to 2% fat. From 2% reduce to 1%. Choose lower fat cheese and yogurt. When you buy yogurt, also check that it does not contain sugar.

7. Have at least two servings of fruit every day. This can be for dessert or snacks. Choose fruit that is in season.

8. Drink water instead of sodas, juices, milky drinks or alcohol. Avoid diet soda - the sweet taste only encourages you to crave sugar. Hot water with a slice of lemon can be very refreshing in the morning.

9. Include at least two servings of vegetables at lunch and dinner. If you are getting hungry, have more.

10. Eat slowly. The body is slow to register when you are full and it is easy to eat too much if you are racing through your meals.

11. Grated carrot makes a great snack. You will find that a grated carrot is much more filling than a whole carrot. Strange but true.

12. Use whole grains wherever possible. The fiber will give you a fuller feeling and also help your digestion.

13. Choose food that you can chew. Again this will increase your fiber intake, and the act of chewing will make you feel more satisfied too. This means eating fruit instead of drinking juice. If you have soup, make sure it is chunky.

14. Plan your meals and snacks ahead of time. Plan your shopping too - make a list of what you need and stick to it. If you just grab something when you are feeling hungry, you will probably choose high calorie food.

15. Always switch off the TV when you eat. That includes snacks as well as meals. Studies have proved that we eat larger portions in front of the TV, probably because we are much less aware of what we are eating. When you eat, only eat if you want to lose weight fast.


I followed these tips in my diet . It helped me a lot to reduce weight.I would recomend it to you if you want to loose weight.

Treadmills

I bought a treadmills , I used it 2 hours a day ( Morning: 1 hour and Evening: 1 hour)
Treadmills is nothing but a machine which makes you walk ( do jogging) Do you feel like laughing and saying " I am not a kid , I can walk " even I thought so when I first started using it but then I realized the truth. Actually it makes you do jogging in a better way. let's think , when we do jogging we can't guarantee that we jog in the same speed through out the hour. as we get tired we start reducing the speed. When we jog in the morning we may get attracted by nature and parks. we may feel like resting etc. you may disagree with me if you are a pro. When we start wait loss plans ( jogging as a part of it) treadmills ensure us with a constant speed of jogging. I will recomend you to buy a treadmill or join a gym with treadmill facility. Let me give you some tips now.

start the treadmill and start jogging. Increase the speed slowly for the first 40 mins then decrease the speed slowly for the next half an hour. and stop it ( at the minimum speed)
If you join a gym the instructors will help you in doing it for first few days . it also shows you the amount of calories you lost.

I noted down how many calories i lost each day , and checked the weight , I saw that my weight reduced , but without a proper diet , all my exercise would have gone waste because I would have gained double weight without a proper diet

Sauna slim belt - Advantages and Disadvanages

I found sauna slim belt ( don't worry I am not going to promote that product) I used it for about 3 - 5 weeks. Yes of course it helped me loose weight but i Faced some difficulties using that belt. I got skin problems where i used sauna slim belt . I asked to sauna slim belt company about it but they simply rejected saying ' Please consult a doctor , your problem has nothing to do with your belt. I consulted a doctor , he asked me to stop using it . somehow ( by god's grace) doctor cured the problem but after that I stopped using that belt.

In my personal opinion weight loss is not possible without proper exercises but these products work up to some extent though.

Advantages

You can loose weight without working.
Belt can be used when you are doing work too.
You can loose weight quickly and belt does everything for you.

The belt uses electricity ( battery ) and some electro magnetic particles present in the belt to emit certain radiations to help you reduce weight.so sometimes the radiations may affect your health. ( it affected me) I am not a going to recommend a competitor company of sauna slim belt to you. I will recommend you easy exercises to help you reduce weight.
