My mother instructed me to try some basic workouts , A good thing about this workout is " It's easy to do" so if you want to start with some easy exercises ,try to follow the video instructions below.
To be honest I omitted the exercises which used instruments.

i loosed about 1 or 2 pounds by doing these workouts for 3 hours a day (Morning : 2 Hours and evening 1 hour) but i needed something more so I started learning new tips and techniques.
